2025–2030 Strategic Plan

The Naskapi Development Corporation's 2025–2030 Strategic Plan is the result of a major process of reflection involving the Board of Directors, the management team, employees and the Naskapi Nation Council.

It defines priorities for the next five years, based on fundamental values and concrete objectives: financial stability, employee engagement, cultural preservation, reasoned growth and responsible governance. The plan aims to build a strong organization that is rooted in the identity of its people and focused on the future.
